Cookie policy
Last updated · 2026-06-30
This cookie policy explains how Procurabl Solutions Private Limited ("we", "us", "Procurabl") uses cookies and similar technologies, such as browser local storage, on the Procurabl marketing site (procurabl.com) and the Lexa product. It should be read together with our privacy policy.
1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies, such as browser local storage, store information in the same way. Together they help a site function, remember your preferences, and — where you consent — measure how the site is used.
2. What we use cookies for
We use these technologies to keep you signed in and secure, to remember preferences such as theme and language, and — only with your consent — to understand how our site and product are used so we can improve them. We do not use cookies for advertising, cross-site tracking, or selling data.
3. Cookies we use
Strictly necessary cookies (session, authentication, security) are always active, because the platform cannot function without them.
Preference cookies (such as theme and language) are active by default to remember your choices.
Analytics and session-replay technologies are off until you accept them via our cookie banner. When enabled, they store identifiers in cookies and local storage to measure page views and feature usage, and to record interactions such as clicks, navigation, and page changes so we can diagnose issues and improve the experience. Text you enter into form fields is masked and is not captured.
4. Third-party cookies and providers
We use PostHog, a product-analytics and session-replay provider, as a data processor to deliver the analytics described above. Analytics data is sent to PostHog's EU-based infrastructure; it is not shared across other websites and is not used for advertising. We do not embed third-party advertising or marketing cookies.
5. How to manage cookies
When you first visit, our cookie banner lets you choose "Accept all" or "Essential only". Choosing "Essential only" means no analytics or session-replay technologies are loaded, and you can still use the site. You can change your choice by clearing cookies and local storage in your browser; if a Cookie settings control is available on the site, you may also use it to update your preference. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect how parts of the platform work.
6. Changes to this policy
This cookie policy is effective from June 12th, 2026. We may update it from time to time to reflect changes in the technologies we use or for legal reasons; the latest version will always be available on our platform.
